ICE Just Murdered Alex Pretti AFTER They Disarmed Him
And they'll get away with it
Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino (Trump’s very own Kurt Daluege) put out a statement on the shooting of Alex Pretti. Bear with me and try not to lose your shit while reading this bald-faced lie:
“At 9:05 AM CT, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault, an individual approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, seen here.
The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming.
Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect also had 2 magazines and no ID-this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.” source: ABC 7 Eyewitness News
It’s 2026. You’re not doing anything outside without somebody filming you. It took just a couple hours before the first videos hit Kendrick Lamar’s internet.
And yeah, the scene is chaotic, but one thing is consistent across the angles going around right now: Alex Pretti isn’t holding a weapon in his hands.
You’ve got 8 to 10 DHS agents who look like a group of airsoft players, mismatched tactical gear, civilian clothes, and a whole lot of confidence for people who supposedly feared for their lives. They swarm Pretti and start beating him. Then shots ring out. What sounds like ten rapid shots. Reports say Pretti was later pronounced dead at Hennepin County Medical Center. DHS says “pronounced dead at the scene.” Either way, the outcome is the same. He ends up dead, and the official story does not match what the public can see.
Because in the videos below, you don’t see Alex Pretti attack these agents. You don’t see him draw a gun. What you see is him trying to protect the woman next to him. You see him get pepper sprayed, try to walk away, get shoved and thrown to the ground, get dogpiled, and then the shots come.

See the man in grey? What is he running off with?
I can’t tell you what a court is going to say. I can tell you what this looks like on camera. It looks like the man in the grey coat disarms Pretti, takes off with the weapon, and then the agents fire anyway. If that is what happened, that’s not “defensive shots.” That’s an execution.
And that’s the part people need to understand. This doesn’t look like competent law enforcement. This looks like a bunch of insecure, state-sanctioned thugs who’ve been given carte blanche by the President of the United States to act however they want. Every single person in DHS’s chain of command will look straight into the camera and lie, because they know three things: SCOTUS has no army, Congress has no army, and their base is in a cult and will believe whatever they’re told.
They know one other thing too.
Most people do not want to die.
This isn’t only about Alex Pretti. If this is how they operate, it’s a warning to the rest of us: comply, or we’ll kill you... and no one will stop us.
UPDATE: UPDATE: CNN’s video analysis indicates a federal officer appears to remove Alex Pretti’s gun moments before he is fatally shot. This edit highlights the same sequence.
Watch closely: while Pretti is pinned, an officer in a gray coat appears to pull a handgun from his waistband. During this, the agent in jeans and a green extra-small thermal waits then fires the shots white Alex Pretti is still on the ground. This was an execution.
